Suit Filed on Behalf of Injured Dump-Truck Driver

Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Kyle Findley, and another attorney from Arnold & Itkin have filed a lawsuit against the Williams Brothers Construction on behalf of a client who was injured while delivering products to the company. The plaintiff was a self-employed dump truck driver and he was delivering road stabilizer material to Williams Brothers when the injuries occurred. The plaintiff discusses that at the location there was a dirt ramp that was created to help trucks unload their cargo, though the ramp was extremely narrow and steep. As the victim drove his truck to drop off the materials the truck tipped over and caused the driver to sustain injuries. The cast was filed and is currently pending in Harris County, Texas.

Due to the unsafe conditions created by the Williams Brothers Construction company, the plaintiff is now left to suffer injuries after having his truck fall over. Sadly, the negligence displayed by this company is not unheard of and accidents similar to this occur often. Wrongful injuries are often times completely preventable accidents had the employers been more focused of following procedure and safety requirements. Had the road been more carefully made, perhaps the victim would have not been inured as they were.
