Arnold & Itkin Represents Man Injured at Borger Refinery

For the second time in two years, Arnold and Itkin is handling a claim that arises out of an accident at Borger refinery. Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Kyle Findley, and another attorney from Arnold & Itkin filed suit on behalf of a man who was surveying the refinery when he fell into an unmarked and unlit hole.

The hole had burning liquid inside of it which caused the man to sustain serious third degree burns to his entire lower body. Our client has undergone numerous procedures to rectify the injuries and pain he has experienced. The case is currently pending in Harris County District Court.
