The attorneys at Arnold & Itkin recently filed a lawsuit on behalf of a young boy who suffered serious injuries as a passenger in an off road vehicle accident. After the accident, the boy needed multiple reconstructive facial surgeries and will require medical care for the rest of his life.
The boy, nine years old at the time of the accident, was a guest at a ranch in Colorado County. The lawsuit was filed against the ranch owner.
The accident occurred after the defendant allowed a ten year old child to operate the powerful off road vehicle without supervision despite the child’s age, lack of training, and the manufacturer’s warning that restricts the use of the vehicle by children under the age of 16.
The lawsuit seeks damages for injuries the young boy suffered to all parts of his body.
Attorneys Kurt Arnold and Caj Boatright filed the lawsuit in Harris County, Texas.
