Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Kyle Findley, Adam Lewis, and Kala Sellers from the legal team at Arnold & Itkin LLP filed a lawsuit today in Travis County, Texas against Ruan Transportation Management Systems, Inc., Ruan Transport Corporation, and Whole Foods Market on behalf of a commercial driver who was seriously injured due to falling cargo. Specifically, our client was injured after both defendants ignored their own policies and procedures—as well as industry standards—in overloading a trailer with frozen food. Their actions led to cargo falling on our client—causing serious injuries to his neck and shoulder.
Arnold & Itkin is proud to represent commercial drivers who have been injured as a result of companies who fail to put safety first over protecting their personnel. Unfortunately, many commercial truck drivers do not know that they have grounds to sue when they are injured outside of their truck. However, truck drivers can pursue financial compensation for these situations. If you have recently been injured and are in need of legal help, we encourage you to get in touch with our firm. We are proud to stand up for the rights of truck drivers and the wrongfully injured, and we are here to help you too.
