Among the many lawyers associations and legal fellowships in the United States, one of them is by far the most exclusive--the Inner Circle of Advocates. Started in 1972 by Attorney Richard Grand, the invitation-only organization was founded to allow the top plaintiff attorneys in the nation to share their work with each other and strengthen the practice of civil law.
Membership in the group is limited to 100 attorneys, adding to the group’s extreme exclusivity. That’s why it is our honor to announce that Kurt Arnold has now officially joined the Inner Circle of Advocates. Few attorneys ever reach the level of excellence for admission into the Inner Circle of Advocates, much fewer are as young as Kurt.
Kurt has won billions of dollars for his client, securing hundreds of seven-figure results since our firm was founded. If there’s any attorney who meets the definition of the word “advocate,” it’s Attorney Kurt Arnold.
On being invited to join the Inner Circle of Advocates, Kurt said, “I am very honored to be selected to work alongside the nation’s most respected and gifted trial lawyers.”
Those “gifted trial lawyers” include Kurt’s friend and firm co-founder Attorney Jason Itkin. With Kurt’s membership into the Inner Circle, Arnold & Itkin LLP is now led by 2 of the 100 most accomplished trial lawyers in the nation.
The Mission of the Inner Circle of Advocates
While the courtroom levels the playing field between plaintiffs and defendants in theory, in practice insurers and large companies have near-limitless resources to insulate themselves from the people they hurt. Good plaintiff attorneys are able to correct the imbalance between regular people and the nation’s largest companies. The Inner Circle of Advocates is committed to elevating the practice of civil litigation on behalf of plaintiffs nationwide, giving regular people stronger hope of getting justice.
That mission dovetails with the mission at Arnold & Itkin LLP. Under Kurt and Jason’s leadership, our firm has held numerous global titans like British Petroleum and Johnson & Johnson accountable for the harm they cause. Because of Kurt’s work, thousands of people have been able to care for their loved ones, get high-quality medical care, and rebuild their lives after serious accidents. Kurt has long been a leading advocate for individuals hurt by companies. Kurt’s selection for membership into the Inner Circle of Advocates makes it official among his colleagues and friends.
Arnold & Itkin extends our congratulations to Kurt. We look forward to his continued leadership and advocacy in the courtroom.
