Case Filed on Behalf of a Man Burned in a Hotel Shower

Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Caj Boatright, Alison Baimbridge, and Roland Christensen filed suit today in Collin County, Texas for a Nevada man who was severely injured when he was burned during a hotel stay. Our client was taking a shower when he slipped, fell, and was burned by the water coming from the showerhead.

The hotel owner failed to use reasonable care in connection with the property and failed to take proper steps to prevent their guest from sustaining injuries. Due to the careless and reckless actions of the hotel for improperly maintaining and regulating their water temperature, our client suffered severe burns to his legs, back, and torso that will require extensive medical treatment. The premises liability attorneys at Arnold & Itkin are proud to represent our client and helping him get the compensation he deserves for his injuries.
