Four Arnold & Itkin Attorneys Named to 2020 Rising Stars

Law practice rewards experience, which is why it’s rare to find accomplished and seasoned attorneys under the age of 40. Arnold & Itkin is fortunate enough to have four such incredible lawyers on our team: Victoria Alford, Ben Bireley, Kyle Findley, and Noah Wexler. We are thrilled to announce that each of these four lawyers has been selected for the 2020 edition of Super Lawyers® Rising Stars.

As Rising Stars honorees, they are part of a select group that includes only the top 2.5% of currently practicing attorneys in Texas. To even qualify for inclusion on the list, nominees must be under 40 years old or have been practicing law for less than 10 years.

Per the Super Lawyers methodology, our lawyers were nominated by their peers; vetted by independent researchers on our case results, experience, professional contributions to the field, pro bono work and other community services; and then evaluated again by the leading attorneys and litigators in the field. The peer-evaluated finalists are then thinned down to include only the highest-scoring attorneys, resulting in a list of accomplished and experienced honorees.

Consistently Excellent Legal Practice

Inclusion on the Rising Stars list is impressive enough to do just once. However, each of our honorees has appeared on the list for multiple years running. Noah Wexler has been on the Rising Stars list for eight years, Kyle Findley for six, Victoria Alford for five, and Ben Bireley for two. Their commitment to consistent advocacy at the highest levels of practice is more evident every single year.

While the law rewards experience, our firm—founded by two passionate young litigators in their 20s—has always known that having trial experience and getting results have nothing to do with age. We’re proud of the accomplishments and awards our team has earned, and we look forward to seeing what more they’ll accomplish in the coming years.
