Railroad Worker Dies from Lung Cancer via Toxic Exposure

Arnold & Itkin LLP filed suit on behalf of a lifelong railroad worker who died of lung cancer. His employer subjected him to numerous toxic substances, including asbestos, which ultimately took his life.

For decades, asbestos has been a known carcinogenic substance. Railroad workers have been legally and ethically entitled to protections from toxic substances for an even longer length of time. The fact that our clients’ loved one died due to years of exposure shows the callous disregard the defendant had for his safety and health.

We are proud to represent his family and look forward to seeking the justice they deserve for the sacrifices this man made. The case was filed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
