What was your experience like at Arnold & Itkin?
Anytime we talked, it was always asking how he was, what was going on with his care, where he stood in his recovery. I never felt like we were just a nameless face in the background or like they were saying “Oh, we’ll deal with her later.” I always felt like when I called I was the number one priority at that given moment. And that’s what you need.
Was Arnold & Itkin helpful to you?
They were very helpful in me evolving through this tragedy, basically. The stress that I was under—they made me feel relaxed. I know that if I called them now and I needed something, they would help me get whatever I needed. If they couldn’t get it for me, they know who I could go to to get it. So I’m very confident. Like I’ve said, if somebody I know is ever in a serious accident, these are the people to call. They’re going to take care of you and your family.
What makes Arnold & Itkin unique?
They’re some of the nicest people you’re going to meet. I mean, when you come into the office, everybody just looks so happy. I don’t ever see anybody look unhappy here. It’s just like they’re at home. They’re casual, they’re not trying to put on airs—because they know they’re that good. They don’t need to try and impress a bunch of people because they’ve already impressed themselves—because they know they’re good.
How do you feel about your future after the case?
What they got me is substantial, and it will allow me to be able to do more things for my husband. That’s what it all boils down to.
