Danny Cassee

Danny has always loved to tell people’s stories and connect with people. Becoming a lawyer and advocating for injured individuals and grieving families in the courtroom was a natural fit.

Biography

Danny Cassee is a relentless trial lawyer who focuses on worksite injury, offshore injury, products liability, and mass tort cases. Since joining the firm in 2024, Danny has helped his clients achieve stellar results in some of the firm’s most high-profile and catastrophic injury cases. Danny played a key role on the trial team that won a $78 million verdict in a complex products liability case, helped secure a $50 million settlement in a catastrophic worksite injury case, and was instrumental in helping secure seven- and eight-figure verdicts and settlements in multiple other cases. He has a well-earned reputation for creativity, preparation, and execution that he brings to each case he works on.

Before his career as a lawyer, Danny grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and attended the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly known as UC Hastings). While in law school, Danny was on the executive board of the UC Law SF Plaintiffs’ Law Association and was a Staff Editor of the UC Law Journal, the school’s flagship law review. He graduated magna cum laude and won numerous awards in law school, including the school’s Keith Ferguson Admiralty Law Award.

When he’s not working, Danny enjoys watching classic movies, running at Buffalo Bayou Park, and spending time with his beautiful fiancée, Jackie.
