Cases Filed for Multiple Car Accidents in Harris County

Arnold & Itkin’s car accident attorneys filed suit recently on behalf of several clients who were injured in preventable accidents throughout Harris County.

Among our clients is a Harris County Constable who was seriously injured on the job while her patrol car was parked on the side of the Sam Houston Tollway. A driver hauling a trailer fell asleep at the wheel and veered off the road, striking our client’s vehicle and bursting into flame.

In another case, our client was stopped at a red light and only proceeded through the intersection once the light had turned green. A commercial driver ran the light and slammed into our client’s vehicle, causing serious neck and back injuries that require ongoing treatment. Another similar accident was caused when a commercial delivery van made an unsafe turn at an intersection and struck our client, causing a T-bone accident.

Yet another accident was caused by an inattentive driver who slammed into our client while he was driving a traffic control truck with a lightboard on the back, causing severe injuries to his neck and back.

Each of these catastrophic car accidents were preventable. When someone gets behind the wheel of a vehicle, they must take responsibility for the danger they put others in if they don’t drive safely.
