Representing Derrickhand Who Was Electrocuted

The oilfield accident attorneys at Arnold & Itkin have filed a case on behalf of a man from West Monroe, Louisiana.
Our client is a derrickhand, and while he was working on the rig floor and pushing pipe, he was suddenly electrocuted due to an improperly energized pipe, rendering him unconscious. While this loving father survived, he still suffers chest pains, fatigue, and chronic pain. The pain feels like pins and needles all throughout his body, and he also suffers from memory issues as a result of this preventable workplace injury.
“When companies do not make safety their #1 priority, incidents like this one become inevitable. We look forward to holding the company that caused this incident accountable for the injuries they caused our client,” said one of the attorneys working on the case.
This case was filed in Harris County, Texas.
