Suit Filed for Injured CDL Driver in New Mexico

Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Claire Schindler, and Chris Adkins filed suit in New Mexico for an injured commercial vehicle driver.

Our client, a commercial driver from Texas, sustained serious injuries while he was parked, all because the driver of another commercial motor vehicle was negligent and struck our client’s vehicle. Because of this other driver’s recklessness and inattentiveness, our client suffered severe injuries to his neck, back, left hip, and other parts of his body.

Simply while sitting inside his own safely parked vehicle, this man was injured to the point that he needed medical treatment that was extensive and invasive. He still suffers chronic pain in his left leg and has to deal with a chipped tooth.

When a truck company is negligent in its hiring practices or in its training of CDL drivers, innocent people get hurt in preventable truck accidents. Even while inside a large commercial vehicle, CDL drivers are at risk from other negligent commercial drivers. Any amount of recklessness while operating such a massive vehicle presents a grave danger to anyone on or near the road, and it is always a preventable danger.

Arnold & Itkin’s motor vehicle accident lawyers are honored to seek justice on behalf of this injured commercial driver.
