Arnold & Itkin is a place where I am at my highest in terms of practicing law. I could be a voice for those who feel unheard or a voice for those who are voiceless. Most importantly, it allows me to make a difference. I would say, after being a district attorney at a major city, I've struggled in terms of finding a place where I felt that desire and got that appreciation like I'm doing something that's worthwhile. It's not just about the money. I found that in Arnold & Itkin.
As attorneys, I think we are naturally competitive. No one likes to lose, and I definitely think that stems down from Kurt and stems down from Jason. Every single attorney that works here also believe that.
Because we believe that, we over-prepare. We do whatever is necessary, because number one, no one likes losing, but most importantly, it always comes back to the clients.
A lot of our clients have gone through tragedies—probably the most serious traumatic experience they've ever gone through in their lives, and a lot of them feel unheard. Whether it's by doctors, it's by companies. So when they come to Arnold & Itkin. This needs to be a place where they feel like, we will do what it takes to get them justice, no matter what.
