Texas Truck Driver Injured in Oregon Pile-Up Caused by Speeding Trucker

- Arnold & Itkin

Attorney Logan Wexler filed suit in Texas on behalf of a truck driver who was hurt in a massive pileup on a rural Oregon highway. Despite low visibility, the defendant truck driver was driving at excessively high speeds the day of the accident. He eventually plowed into our client, causing massive damage to his neck, shoulder, foot, and midsection. As a result, our client is out of work, in treatment, and in severe pain.

“This pileup caused dozens of injuries to dozens of people,” Logan said. “This is the first step in finding those responsible and holding them to account.” We are determined to hold all responsible parties accountable, and the discovery process will likely reveal that many people failed to act reasonably on this day.

The case was filed in Texas, where our client lives.
