Cases Filed For Clients Injured in Commercial Rear-End Accidents

In one case, our team is fighting on behalf of a South Carolina couple who suffered serious injuries when they were rear-ended by a vehicle owned and operated by Shining Star Logistics, Inc. while driving on Interstate 90 in Uinta County, Wyoming.

We are also proud to represent a Texas family who sustained catastrophic injuries when a vehicle owned and operated by Pool Works, LLC rear-ended them while driving in Harris County, Texas.

In another case, we filed suit against BGF Global, LLC for a Texas resident who was seriously injured in a rear-end accident while driving on Interstate 76 in Portage County, Ohio.
