Case Filed for Client Injured in I-20 Rear-End Crash

Arnold & Itkin has filed suit in Cobb County, Georgia, against a commercial trucking company and its driver for a collision that occurred on Interstate 20 in Talladega County, Alabama in February 2025.

The driver, who was operating within the course and scope of his employment for the company, rear-ended our client’s vehicle, failing to reduce speed and maintain a safe following distance. The crash left our client with serious and permanent injuries, including injuries to his back and neck, among other injuries.
