Representing Clients Injured in Commercial Accidents Caused by Distracted Driving

Our first case, in which three Conroe men suffered serious injuries to their heads, necks, backs, and other parts of their bodies, shows just how dangerous distracted driving can be. It was found that the commercial driver had been using his cell phone at the time of the accident, which proved to be a severe enough distraction that he didn’t notice the three men in his path.

In our second case, our client was struck by an inattentive commercial driver which caused severe injuries to his neck, back, shoulder, and other parts of his body. These injuries have already required invasive and extensive medical treatment.
