Welder Injured While Working at Refinery

Arnold & Itkin attorneys Kurt Arnold, Jason Itkin, Caj Boatright, Roland Christensen, and Trent Shelton have filed suit on behalf of a man who was severely injured while working as a welder at a refinery. Our client tore his tricep and suffered other significant injuries while moving large and heavy welding equipment with a dolly. Because the company failed to provide the necessary tools to move the equipment safely, our client suffered.
Companies must be held responsible for their workers’ safety. When they are negligent in these duties, hardworking people like our client are unnecessarily harmed.
This suit was filed in Jefferson County, Texas.
