It's always a common denominator. The insurance company is trying to find a way not to pay. Deny, delay, diminish, because they know one game. I've seen it all across the country. Insurance companies do not treat their policyholders right. You need a lawyer that's going to make sure that you document all of your damages and get you paid in full for everything that your insurance owes you.
What they will do is they'll hire literally an army of lawyers in the hopes of intimidating the victim, the family, and also, intimidating their law firms. But that's not us. We have from day one said that no matter how many lawyers or law firms they put up against us, no matter what, we won't back down. We won't be scared. We won't be intimidated. We won't go away quietly.
What insurance companies know is that 90% of the time, if they frustrate the policyholder enough, the policyholder would give up, and I don't think that's right. That's why you need somebody that deals with insurance companies every single day and always makes them pay. That's what we do at our firm. No matter what.
