Suit Filed for Louisiana Worker Who Suffered 3rd-Degree Burns

Arnold & Itkin's personal injury attorneys have filed a case on behalf of a man in Braithwaite, Louisiana who was injured in a workplace accident.

On the day of the incident, our client, an operator, was helping with cleaning efforts according to the defendant’s directions, when he slipped into boiling hot fluid because of the defendant’s poor management of the worksite. As a result, our client suffered second- and third-degree burns to his foot, ankle, and lower leg.

One of the burn injury lawyers working on the case said, “When defendants do not adequately manage their worksite, incidents like this one occur. We look forward to holding the responsible parties accountable.”

This case was filed in Plaquemines Parish.
