Case Filed for Georgia Construction Worker Who Fell 60+ Feet from Scaffolding

Attorneys Noah Wexler, Trevor Courtney, and Shane Munton have filed suit on behalf of a Georgia man who was horrifically injured after falling more than 60 feet from scaffolding while on a construction site.

The fall left our client, a husband, with catastrophic injuries, including a liver contusion, a gastric hematoma, fractures to his L1 and L4 vertebrae, a fractured neck, shattered elbows, and a broken arm. The severity and scope of these injuries reflect just how dangerous it can be when companies fail to take proper precautions to ensure that adequate scaffolding safety is in place.

Falls from height remain one of the leading causes of serious injury and death in the construction industry, and these accidents are almost always preventable with proper scaffolding inspection, fall protection equipment, and adherence to safety regulations. When companies cut corners on these basic protections to save time or money, it is workers like our client, and the families who depend on them, who bear the devastating consequences.

Arnold & Itkin refuses to let companies skirt safety protocols to increase their bottom line, especially when that comes at the expense of workers. Our work injury lawyers are committed to pursuing full compensation for our client’s extensive injuries, medical care, and the profound impact this incident has had on his life and his family.
