Jason Itkin Elected President of the Inner Circle of Advocates

For more than 50 years, the Inner Circle of Advocates has been the nation’s most exclusive trial lawyer organization. Membership is by invitation only and limited to 100 of the nation’s top trial lawyers. Arnold & Itkin is one of only a handful of firms in the country with two attorneys among those 100 members: firm founders Kurt Arnold and Jason Itkin.

We’re honored to share that Jason Itkin has been named President of the Inner Circle.

Over the next two years, he will lead the organization while helping carry forward its longstanding tradition of advancing trial advocacy, strengthening the work of its members, and ultimately helping trial lawyers better serve people and families facing catastrophic injuries.

Membership in the Inner Circle is reserved for attorneys who have distinguished themselves at the highest levels of trial practice. Jason was first invited to join the organization before the age of 40, becoming the Inner Circle’s youngest member at the time. He was selected as its Vice President in 2024 and will take the organization’s top office for a two-year term.

Kurt and Jason have both built their careers representing people who have suffered life-altering injuries, facing some of the largest companies in the world on their behalf. Their membership reflects not just the results they’ve won for clients, but their standing among the trial lawyers who know that work best.
