Representing Oil & Gas Worker Blinded by Toxic Exposure at a ConocoPhillips Site

According to the lawsuit, the owners of the worksite negligently failed to test and inspect for H2S, despite the well-known dangers this gas poses to workers on-site. Hydrogen sulfide is a colorless, highly toxic and often lethal gas that is common in oil and gas operations. That failure to test for H2S led to our client’s permanent vision loss, a catastrophic injury that will affect him for the rest of his life.
