Suit Filed for Corpus Christi Father Injured in Ladder Fall
Attorneys Roland Christensen, Alec Paradowski, Daniel Moreno, Jonathan Mack, and Taylor Fox filed suit in Nueces County on behalf of a Corpus Christi father who suffered a traumatic brain injury after falling from an improperly maintained ladder at a worldwide company’s facility.
Our client was simply doing his job when the ground gave way beneath him, not because of anything he did, but because the equipment he was required to use had been neglected by his employer. The fall was severe enough to knock him unconscious, and he now carries a traumatic brain injury that will affect him and his family for years to come.
Ladders are some of the most basic pieces of equipment on any jobsite, and inspecting them is one of the most basic safety obligations that an employer has. When a company allows something as simple as a ladder to go improperly maintained, it is choosing to gamble with its workers’ safety to save time or money.
Arnold & Itkin is proud to stand with our client and his family. Our work injury lawyers are fighting to make sure that this company is held fully accountable for cutting corners that cost a father his health and put his future at risk.
