Suit Filed for Father Killed in Houston Worksite Explosion

Arnold & Itkin has filed suit against multiple contractors for a catastrophic worksite explosion that claimed the life of a dedicated father. Our firm is representing the deceased worker’s surviving family, including his sister, young children, and their mother. Led by Noah Wexler, our attorneys are suing the contractors who were responsible for worker safety at Harris Health Lyndon B. Johnson project in Houston, Texas.

It was the kind of tragedy that should never have happened, one that proper safety protocols, adequate training, and responsible site management can and must prevent. Instead, the contractor defendants failed in their duty to maintain a safe working environment, and as a result, while a plumber performed his duties at the construction worksite, he prematurely lost his life when a preventable explosion erupted.

For those who are left behind to grieve and rebuild, no amount of money can undo their grievous loss. But to pursue justice, accountability, and financial security for this man’s children and loved ones, our firm is seeking the maximum recovery possible to obtain compensation that reflects the true magnitude of this family’s loss, financial, emotional, and otherwise.

Our wrongful death attorneys are honored to help this family and eager to hold the liable parties responsible and to bring some semblance of resolution to a family that has endured an unimaginable loss.
