The Houston Heroes Grant recognizes outstanding individuals who have made a meaningful impact in their community through service, leadership, and compassion. This nomination form invites you to highlight a deserving hero whose efforts have uplifted others and inspired positive change. In honor of April 10, Arnold & Itkin Day, we’re launching the Houston Heroes Grant to recognize 10 Houstonians who make our city stronger. Each recipient will receive $5,000. Eligible nominees include teachers, nurses, first responders, community volunteers, nonprofit workers, single parents, and individuals who helped others during times of extraordinary hardship. The individual submitting a nomination must be a U.S. resident, 18+. Nominees may be of any age; if under 18, parental or legal guardian consent will be required to receive the award. Multiple nominations are allowed, but each must be submitted separately. Employees of Arnold & Itkin and their immediate family members are not eligible. Arnold & Itkin will award up to $50,000 total ($5,000 per recipient). Recipients will be selected at Arnold & Itkin’s discretion based on submitted nominations and will be notified after the review process and announced the following month. By submitting a nomination, you agree that submitted information may be used by Arnold & Itkin for review and selection purposes. Selected recipients agree to allow their name, story, and likeness to be used for promotional purposes, including on Arnold & Itkin’s website and social media channels. Arnold & Itkin reserves the right to verify all information submitted and to modify or cancel the program at any time.
