Jason and Kurt have been a team for nearly two decades. Listen to them talk about why their friendship has endured for so long, what their partnership is founded on, and who is the one person they’d turn to in a crisis.
What Makes Our Team So Strong
Kurt is the best trial lawyer that I know. He’s trustworthy. He’s caring. He’s smart. He will outwork you, outthink you, outfight you. If something happened to me, that is the only person, he’s the only person that I would hire in the entire country. He is my brother in every sense of the word.
Man, working with Jason is the best thing I do every day. He’s a great guy. He’s a best friend. Not only is he a great guy, but he’s a great lawyer. He’s wicked smart. Together, we’re a great team. There’s nobody more on this Earth that I would rather have on the same side than Jason.
Kurt and I for years have taken on the energy industry, have taken on the oil-and-gas industry, both to help our clients and also just to make it safer for people who go to work out there. Kurt and I both have most of our relatives work in the oil field. It’s personal to us to make sure that things are done right and things are done safely.
When you are working hard for people and you’re genuine, you’re sincere, juries see that.
What we do day-in and day-out is still driven by the same thing that started us in 2004, which is: if somebody is hurt, if somebody’s been taken advantage of, that we will be there to fight for them, all day, every day. And make sure that the companies that did it to them are held accountable.
They know Arnold & Itkin. They know what we can do in court. They know our reputation. They know our past results. We’ve more than likely had cases against them in the past, the very recent past, and we’ve gotten record results. They know that when we show up, they’ve got to take the family seriously, and that they’ve got a problem.
