15 Arnold & Itkin Attorneys Named to 2026 Texas Super Lawyers & Rising Stars
We are proud to share that 11 of our attorneys have been selected to the 2026 Texas Super Lawyers® list, with 4 more recognized on the Super Lawyers® Rising Stars® list. Fewer than one in twenty Texas attorneys earns a spot on Super Lawyers in any given year, and Rising Stars honorees, drawn only from lawyers 40 or younger or in their first decade of practice, represent an even smaller group.
Our attorneys have spent this year in courtrooms across the state, taking on the companies whose decisions put working families at risk. In Dallas County, our trial team won a $604 million verdict against freight broker C.H. Robinson and trucking company Lupus Superior over a fatal highway crash that killed three people, one of the first verdicts in the country to hold a freight broker responsible for hiring an unsafe carrier. In Wharton County, we secured a $22.45 million verdict against Canadian Pacific Kansas City Railway after a fatal collision at a railroad crossing federal regulators had flagged as one of the most dangerous in the company's system. Our industrial accident attorneys also won $61.5 million on behalf of survivors of the Watson Grinding explosion, and our maritime team continues representing offshore workers and their families in Jones Act and general maritime claims along the Gulf Coast.
These recognitions reflect the work our attorneys put in on behalf of clients this year, in trial and beyond.

2026 Texas Rising Stars
