Suit Filed Against Weber Grills After a Husband Suffers Severe Burns

An Arnold & Itkin team led by Noah Wexler recently filed suit against Weber Grills in Cook County, Illinois, on behalf of a devoted husband and family man who suffered significant second- and third-degree burns when his Weber grill malfunctioned and exploded on him.

Grills are products that families across the country trust to work safely every time they are used. Our client had every reason to expect the same from his Weber grill. Instead, a malfunction caused the grill to explode, leaving him with severe burns and a long recovery that no family should have to face because of a defective product.

Manufacturers have a responsibility to design and test their products so that they do not pose an unreasonable risk of harm to the people who use them as intended. When a company like Weber Grills fails in that responsibility, the people who trusted their products are the ones left to suffer the consequences.

Arnold & Itkin is determined to hold Weber Grills accountable for the harm this malfunction has caused our client and his family. Our product liability attorneys will vigorously pursue this case to also ensure that the company takes the safety of all its products’ users seriously.
