Worker Struck by Falling Cabinet at Port Arthur Refinery

The Arnold & Itkin team has filed suit in Jefferson County against Valero Energy Corporation and The Premcor Refining Group, Inc. d/b/a/ Valero Port Arthur Refinery. The lawsuit is for a workplace injury that occurred around May 4, 2026, at the defendants’’ plant in Port Arthur, Texas.

Our client was seated in office completing paperwork when a wall-mounted cabinet came loose and fell, striking him on the head. Our client suffered significant injuries to his head, neck, and back, along with other injuries.
