New Mexico Plant & Refinery Accident Attorneys
Injured while working at a plant or refinery?
For workers employed at New Mexico plants and refineries, the dangers you face occur daily; however, that does not mean that accidents are acceptable. From explosions to fires, plant and refinery accidents can cause serious consequences. In fact, following a substantial accident, there may be as many as 15,000 people who file a claim. Often, the main cause of these accidents can be linked back to human error or negligence of some kind. This could be the negligence of the owner or manager of the plant, the workers, or a third party—and it could manifest in ways such as failing to properly train the plant workers. Regardless, if you have been injured, it is crucial that you get the help you need from our firm.
