Astroworld Lawsuit Filed for Man Trampled at Concert

Arnold & Itkin's concert injury attorneys have filed a lawsuit on behalf of a survivor of the Astroworld Music Festival disaster this past Friday in Houston, TX. Our client lost consciousness and was trampled during the event which also left 8 dead and hundreds more with crush injuries or similar harm.

“There were mounting indications throughout the day that something terrible was going to happen. There was prior notice that something like the tragic stampede at the Astroworld Music Festival was inevitable,” Kurt said. “Just look at the trouble they had earlier in the day with the security gates being breached.”

It’s unconfirmed what caused the stampede or crowd surge, but lawsuits like ours help accelerate the investigative process. “There are a lot of rumors about what caused this tragedy, but by filing a lawsuit, the survivors and victims’ families get to make sure that they get the true answers of what happened and why,” Jason said. “They can also make sure that the people and companies responsible for this tragedy are held accountable in a court of law in front of a jury.”

Events like this cause physical and psychological harm. We’re seeking damages that would provide our client with everything he needs to recover from his injuries and the resulting trauma he’s suffered, and we’re entrusting his fate to a jury of his peers. Our firm has faith that the jury will see the wrongdoing committed by Live Nation Worldwide Inc. and Mr. Scott himself, who founded Astroworld Music Festival and has a history of enabling destructive audience behavior.

Our Astroworld injury lawyers will be investigating this incident on behalf of our client, grieving families, and other survivors.
