Representing Family Injured in PIT Maneuver Crash with Truck

The Defendant’s driver was speeding down the highway when they performed a PIT maneuver, sending the young family’s vehicle spinning and flipping off the roadway. The driver didn’t even stop – leaving them to die on the side of the road.

Our clients, a family of four including two young children, are recovering from several serious injuries; the wife suffered a broken pelvis, a broken hip, a dislocated hip, 5 broken ribs, fractured vertebrae in her neck, and a level 3 traumatic brain injury (TBI) with brain shear.
