Suit Filed for Texas Man Injured in I-10 Truck Crash

Arnold & Itkin has filed suit on behalf of a Texas man who suffered significant injuries after a commercial truck crashed into his vehicle on I-10 in Houston.

The truck driver failed to keep a proper lookout and maintain a safe distance and is believed to have been distracted by his cell phone at the time of the crash. Our client suffered injuries to his head and back, along with a reinjured femur and knee from a preexisting condition. These are not only severely painful injuries, but also injuries that will require costly medical treatment and a long road of physical therapy and recovery. What should have been an ordinary drive turned into a life-altering event because a commercial driver failed to keep his attention on the road.

Distracted driving remains one of the leading causes of commercial vehicle crashes, and trucking companies have a responsibility to ensure that their drivers stay focused behind the wheel. Our commercial motor vehicle accident lawyers will continue fighting to hold trucking companies and unsafe commercial drivers accountable for the harm they cause on Texas roads.
